Torn veneer and breakout edges are the most common quality complaint on a wooden door line. The DXW Series scoring saw wood door cutting machine solves this with a mother-child saw configuration: a small scoring blade first scores the decorative surface, then the main blade completes the cut. Because the surface layer is pre-cut, the fibers no longer rip as the main saw exits. The result is a clean, smooth edge on solid wood, veneered and laminated doors without extra sanding
